Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.50 Hourly

Meadowland Farmers Coop agronomy locations throughout Southwest Minnesota provides premium energy products delivered right to your farm, business or home including Premium Diesel, Premium Lubricants, DEF Fluid, and Petroleum Equipment.

The LP Driver is an integral part of the location team delivering LP products and services to our customers in a safe, efficient, timely, and courteous manner.

• Maintain bulk propane transportation routes to ensure efficiency in all propane deliveries.
• Follow all Bulk Fuel facility procedures for propane loading and unloading.
• Set propane tanks and install gas lines in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Inspect designated tanks and service lines with precision and accuracy.
• Perform required leak tests to ensure the integrity and safety of tanks.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and visual tank inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service through daily customer interaction.
• Perform work tasks for other company LP locations and other company departments (Agronomy, Feed, Grain, Bins, Shops, etc.) as directed by the Location Manager.

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
• Must have Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements or the ability to obtain these certifications.
• Required to obtain MN Propane Association Proper Propane certifications with continuing education. Company provided as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be team oriented and able to work independently.

Employee must be physically able to perform all requirements of the job, including but not limited to using hands to finger, handle or feel, seeing, hearing, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
