• Class A CDL with 2+ years of experience
• 23 years of age or older
• No serious violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No SAP program
• No more than 3 jobs in the past year
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

• Dry Van: $0.55–$0.65 per mile (based on experience)
• Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$110,000
• Up to a $0.05/mile safety/performance bonus

We have an immediate need for Route Drivers at our hauling company in Ramsey, MN. $10,000 stay on bonus! Class B CDL Drivers interested in secure, steady employment in a family atmosphere are encouraged to apply. We can help the right person obtain CDL!

Pay: $28-34/hour DOE

• Be able to read, write and comprehend reports well enough to complete daily assignments.

• Valid Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement.
• Ability to work 50-60 hours a week M-F. No Sundays.
• Must be physically able to get in and out of the truck multiple times while on route.

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

• Pay Rate:
  Drivers make $88,000 to $97,000.
• Top Drivers earn $100,000 +.
• Up to a $7,500 CDL-A Driver Retention Bonus
• Pay Structure:
  Hourly, Miles, Stops, and Cases.
• Local / Regional routes. Early evening dispatch with overnight deliveries.
