Marshfield Clinic - 413 13th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Transport residents from area hospitals to Howard Lake, MN and current residents for activity outings;
Operate a small 15-passenger bus safely and in accordance with DOT requirements;
Maintain appropriate transport records per Department of Transportation requirements and internal required reports;
Demonstrate resident confidentiality and customer service skills during transport;
Coordinate scheduling with activity planners and communicate any scheduling conflicts
