Location: Long Prairie, MN

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime possible)

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to keep our operations moving efficiently. The role involves coordinating staging, order entry, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and food‑safety regulations.

• 3+ years of related experience in a food grade facility (dry goods and high‑speed packaging experience preferred)
• Forklift certification and scissor lift training required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude with teamwork and accountability
• Ability to work urgently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to read and write in English

• Coordinate daily staging and preparation of outbound shipments
• Enter shipping and logistics data into warehouse and transportation systems
• Communicate with transportation providers and internal production teams
• Support production put‑away activities and warehouse organization
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Follow shipping, receiving, FIFO, and lot tracking procedures
• Maintain accurate paperwork and inventory records
• Support warehouse cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Understand hold policies and warehouse procedures
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Assist with additional warehouse and logistics duties as needed
