Description
Warehouse Coordinator in Clara City, MN!
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure accurate inventory management, efficient shipment processing, and smooth coordination of inbound and outbound activities.
Pay: $20-$25 / hr
- Depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule inbound trucking appointments and manage daily shipping activity
- Process distribution orders for packaging supplies and transfers between locations
- Confirm inbound and outbound shipments and scan documentation into the system
- Enter and process all received materials, including purchase order receipts
- Ensure all required documentation (CoC, EU, CoA) is accurately completed in System
21 - Perform lot and item transformations, stock adjustments, and inventory dispositions
- Enter inventory transfers based on warehouse documentation
- Prepare and organize pick tickets and Bills of Lading
- Process credit memos in coordination with the corporate office
- Complete inventory adjustments and assist with research as needed
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits
- 1-3 years of warehouse coordination or related experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems and general computer applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
