Warehouse & Customer Support Administrator

Chandler, AZ
Pay: $22–$26/hr doe

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 7am-4pm

This is a unique opportunity to work onsite in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where precision, service, and accountability matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring all requests are handled quickly and accurately
  • Enter and manage customer orders within inventory and ERP systems
  • Track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and ensure materials arrive at the right place at the right time
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts, and assist with stock management across multiple locations
  • Compile and communicate reports related to inventory, orders, and service levels
  • Process warehouse documentation including delivery dockets, GRNs, and system uploads
  • Coordinate with internal teams on production orders, special orders, and kitting/assembly needs
  • Monitor lead times and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify potential issues, trends, or inefficiencies and escalate or resolve them before they impact service
  • Develop a strong understanding of product lines and the customer’s operating environment

What You Need to Have
  • Experience in a similar warehouse, customer service, or operations support role
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort working in a busy, high‑demand environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Experience with SAP, Maximo, or similar systems
  • Background working with technical products, spare parts, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination
