General Labor​/Shipping and Receiving

Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Precision Manufacturing is seeking a dependable, jack‑of‑all‑trades person to assist with shipping, receiving, general labor, and other work throughout our Brooten facility.

This is a full‑time, day‑shift position paying $20–$30 per hour based on experience and ability. We offer health insurance, paid vacation, free online doctor visits, on‑the‑job training, and opportunities to advance within the company.

• Receiving and stocking parts.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Building custom pallets and crates.
• Packaging complete equipment safely for transport.
• Assisting with general equipment assembly.
• Organizing parts and materials.
• Performing building and grounds maintenance and other shop projects as needed.
• Providing custom shipping solutions for specialty equipment.

• Dependable and organized.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Willing to help wherever work needs to be completed.
• Prior experience in general mechanical, assembly, construction, maintenance, warehouse, or shipping is valuable, though training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can handle changing priorities, and can be counted on to keep the shop organized and production moving.
