Inventory Clerk

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking an organized Inventory Clerk to support our hospitality and gaming operations. In this role, you'll receive, label, and store food, beverage, and supply deliveries; count and reconcile stock; and update inventory systems to ensure accurate levels for our casino, hotel, and restaurants. You'll assist with regular cycle counts, investigate variances, and help maintain clean, safe storerooms that meet tribal and food safety standards.

Working closely with purchasing, kitchen, and operations teams, you'll support a guest-first, team-oriented culture with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming food, beverage, and supply deliveries
• Label, store, and rotate inventory following safety and FIFO practices
• Perform daily and periodic inventory counts and reconcile variances
• Update inventory records in spreadsheets or inventory software
• Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and operations on stock needs
• Monitor stock levels and alert team to low or excess inventory
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storerooms and storage areas
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and month-end inventory processes
• Follow tribal, food safety, and casino policies and procedures
• Support a guest-first, team-oriented culture in a fast-paced environment
