Shipping Associate

Koozie Group, operated by Scribe OpCo Inc, is seeking a Shipping Associate to support our manufacturing distribution operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and ship promotional products, ensuring orders are complete, properly labeled, and meet quality and customer requirements. You will load and unload trucks, use warehouse equipment and scanners, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow all safety and cleanliness standards.

Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you'll help drive efficient operations and support our customer-focused, continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to work orders and standards
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and packaging to ensure order accuracy and quality
• Create and apply shipping labels, documentation, and correct packaging materials for various carriers
• Load and unload trucks and pallets safely using appropriate warehouse equipment
• Use warehouse management systems and RF scanners to record movements and maintain inventory accuracy
• Inspect products and packaging for damage or defects and report issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company and OSHA standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity, quality, and on-time shipping goals
• Follow all safety policies, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement practices
• Support process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
