Bingo Inventory Clerk

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Bingo Inventory Clerk to support accurate, secure bingo operations. In this on-site role, you will track, count, and reconcile bingo paper, cards, and supplies; receive and store shipments; and prepare inventory for daily sessions and special events. You'll maintain detailed records, update inventory systems, and investigate variances to support compliance and loss prevention. Working closely with bingo and operations teams in a fast-paced, guest-first environment, you'll help ensure games start on time and are fully stocked while following tribal, gaming, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track bingo paper, cards, and related supplies to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Perform regular counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations for bingo inventory
• Receive, label, and store incoming bingo supplies following established procedures
• Prepare and stage bingo inventory for sessions and special events
• Update inventory records in systems and spreadsheets with accurate data entry
• Communicate stock needs, shortages, and overages to supervisors and purchasing
• Follow casino and tribal policies for handling, securing, and documenting gaming inventory
• Collaborate with bingo, accounting, and warehouse teams to support smooth operations
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas and comply with safety and security standards
