Warehouse Order Picker

Join our team as a Warehouse Order Picker, where you will be responsible for efficiently handling products using RF Scanners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will contribute to the accurate processing and counting of inventory, ensuring seamless operations within our large distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Process products using RF Scanner for Single or Double-Box Products.
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs frequently to unload trucks.
• Use Rolling Ladders comfortably, reaching heights up to 12 ft.
• Accurately process and count inventory.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using RF Scanners.
• 1+ year of order picking experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Understanding of written and verbal English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with stocking and receiving preferred.
• Experience with pallet jacks and packaging.
• Basic computer skills.

Work Environment

Our large distribution center operates Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm and Sunday to Wednesday from 12 pm to 10:30 pm. The facility includes racking, processing, and desk areas for shipping, with Wave Riders and pallet jacks used throughout. Steel toe shoes are required for safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
