As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our team, working on-site to manage the flow of service parts and products. This role involves supervising shipping and receiving team members and providing support in the overall operations of warehouse duties throughout the factory. Attention to detail and integrity are crucial, as maintaining an accurate inventory system is vital to our plant operations.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Supervise, train, coach, and support warehouse employees to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent performance
• Provide direct reports with continuous feedback, manage attendance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily warehouse workload based on production, shipping, receiving, and customer needs
• Responsible for performance metrics and leading daily “huddle board” meetings within the warehouse department
• Oversee the receiving of parts and materials, including physical receipt, system transactions, verification against packing slips or material travelers, and delivery to appropriate work cells or inventory locations
• Ensure customer and internal orders are picked, packed, shipped, and invoiced accurately and on time according to shipping lists, requests, and business requirements
