Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule of 15-20 hours per week, with the expectation of being onsite three days a week. The role is ideal for someone who is attentive to detail and enjoys managing diverse financial and administrative tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.

- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and other financial accounts to maintain accurate balances.

- Provide support for payroll operations, ensuring employee payments are processed correctly and on time.

- Assist with human resources tasks, such as maintaining employee records and supporting HR-related processes.

- Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation for internal and external use.

- Utilize Quick Books to manage bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized financial records.

- Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to financial transactions promptly.

- Contribute to administrative duties, including filing and organizing financial documents.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across financial and administrative functions.
