Roles & Responsibilities- The Accounting Assistant role will specialize in the accounting processes for all vehicle inventory and dealer trades.
- Assigns appropriate stock numbers to all incoming new and used vehicle inventory and loads them into DMS.
- Processes Dealer Trade paperwork, issues payment, and ensures receipt of payment and MSO from other dealers.
- Monitors new vehicle invoices and submits updated invoices to Controller for floorplan adjustments.
- Files invoices, MSO’s, titles.
- Assists with floorplan audits.
- Ensures compliance of state, federal and/or local laws in signing off on MSO’s and titles.
- Scanning and filing of various office documents.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience with CDK is preferred.
