Business Office Manager
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our skilled nursing team.
The BOM is responsible for supporting the financial and administrative operations of the facility while working closely with residents, families, facility leadership, and the regional business office team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage billing, accounts receivable, collections, and resident trust accounts
- Assist with Medicaid, insurance, private-pay, and payer-related processes
- Complete deposits, census reconciliation, and business office reporting
- Maintain accurate resident financial and demographic information
- Assist with admission financial paperwork and documentation
- Coordinate with regional teams on billing, payroll, and accounts payable
- Support month-end processes, audits, compliance, and survey readiness
- Communicate professionally with residents and families regarding financial matters
- Previous BOM, billing, accounting, or healthcare office experience preferred
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
