Aboutthe Role
As a Client Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering great client experience. You will serve as a consistent and trusted point of contact for clients and prospects. This is a high-visibility role where responsiveness, clear communication, and a proactive approach are key.
What You Will Do- Work directly with clients and other advisors/staff.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain our team calendars.
- Assist with CRM updates and data entry to keep our systems accurate.
- Lead our marketing activities including quarterly newsletters, client events, webinars, social media, and other client communications.
- Assist with light travel planning for both clients and the team.
- Help manage client communications and maintain brand consistency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies in all client interactions and documentation.
- Coordinate with custodians, vendors, and technology providers to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Required: 2+ years of experience in a client servicing role at a wealth advisory firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polite phone skills.
- Must have strong experience with reception work, calling, and calendaring.
- Must have high proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of Mailchimp or similar marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Redtail or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Proactive:
You foresee potential future issues and help create a game plan to resolve. - Detail oriented: you pride yourself on executing with precision to ensure a great client experience.
