Salary: $53,000 to $65,000 annually
About the RoleEagle Ridge Academy is seeking a highly capable and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This is a high-level executive assistant role focused on ensuring the CEO operates efficiently and effectively each day. The position also provides coordination support for CEO-directed projects, helping track priorities, organize work, and ensure follow-through. This is an execution-focused role not a Chief of Staff or leadership position.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support
- Manage CEO calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and track follow-ups
- Draft and manage executive communications
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics
- Serve as a professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Project Coordination
- Track CEO priorities, tasks, and deadlines
- Maintain project timelines, trackers, and status updates
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups for key initiatives
- Ensure accountability and completion of assigned tasks
- HR & Office Support
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and personnel documentation
- Maintain organized and confidential records
- Provide limited front office/reception support (~10%)
- Support general administrative needs across the team
- Technology & Organization
- Utilize tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.) to manage workflows
- Maintain systems for organization, tracking, and communication
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative experience. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High discretion and professionalism. Strong technology skills and comfort with digital tools.
