Executive Administrative Assistant To The CEO

Location:

Minnesota (multi-site)

Schedule:

230 days/year

Work Model:
In-person with up to 40% hybrid flexibility (with prior approval)

Salary: $53,000 to $65,000 annually

About the Role

Eagle Ridge Academy is seeking a highly capable and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This is a high-level executive assistant role focused on ensuring the CEO operates efficiently and effectively each day. The position also provides coordination support for CEO-directed projects, helping track priorities, organize work, and ensure follow-through. This is an execution-focused role not a Chief of Staff or leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support
    • Manage CEO calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
    • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and track follow-ups
    • Draft and manage executive communications
    • Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics
    • Serve as a professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Project Coordination
    • Track CEO priorities, tasks, and deadlines
    • Maintain project timelines, trackers, and status updates
    • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups for key initiatives
    • Ensure accountability and completion of assigned tasks
  • HR & Office Support
    • Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and personnel documentation
    • Maintain organized and confidential records
    • Provide limited front office/reception support (~10%)
    • Support general administrative needs across the team
  • Technology & Organization
    • Utilize tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.) to manage workflows
    • Maintain systems for organization, tracking, and communication
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of executive assistant or high-level administrative experience. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High discretion and professionalism. Strong technology skills and comfort with digital tools.
