THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a well-established professional services organization in the west metro area seeking an experienced Senior Operations Specialist to support a variety of internal business functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute across operations, marketing initiatives, talent acquisition efforts, technology coordination, and executive support within a collaborative and team‑focused environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast‑paced setting where no two days are exactly alike.
- Coordinate and track internal technology-related initiatives while serving as the primary point of contact with external IT service providers.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, technology access requests, and general systems support coordination.
- Maintain internal databases and customer relationship management systems while ensuring information accuracy and completeness.
- Support company marketing activities, including communications, client outreach campaigns, announcements, and contact list management.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts by posting positions, reviewing applicant materials, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Prepare meeting materials, maintain calendars, document procedures, and support general office administration.
- Manage vendor communications, service relationships, and administrative follow‑up activities.
- Provide front‑office coverage and professional visitor support as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, office management, project coordination, or similar business support roles required.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, project management software, electronic document systems, and virtual meeting tools is required.
- Demonstrated success working across multiple functional areas, such as administration, recruiting, marketing support, operations, or human resources, is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or professional training is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting a professional office environment is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Self‑directed, resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processes.

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Full‑time onsite position located in the Minnetonka area.
- Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
