Full-Time (Monday-Saturday)
Flat Rate Pay: $17.00 - $30.00+ per Flagged Hour, Plus Production Bonus

Location:

Minnetonka, MNWhat You'll DoAs a Light Duty Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by performing vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately while maintaining BMW and Lithia standards.

Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.

Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs.

Complete all work according to dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards.

Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and vehicle performance.

Accurately document repairs, test results, and labor time.

Maintain a personal inventory of standard technician tools.

Pursue and maintain BMW and ASE certifications through ongoing training.

Participate in technical training and development opportunities provided by management.

Support team goals and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Bring1+ years of automotive repair experience.
1+ years of suspension, steering, or alignment experience.

ASE certifications and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.

Experience working with BMW, European luxury vehicles, or other high-line brands preferred.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.

Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which include Flat Rate: $17.00- $30/ + production bonus

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
