Embroidery Specialist

Drive efficient garment customization by setup, operation, and support within an embroidery department, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while maintaining quality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $21 to $25 per hour

As an embroidery machine operator, you will manage garment personalization, embroidery setup, and production support. You will utilize Wilcom software to ensure precise customization, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to meet quality standards. Your role is vital to maintaining efficient workflow and delivering high-quality embroidered products.

• Set up embroidery machines for various customization projects
• Ensure accurate embroidery using Wilcom software
• Troubleshoot embroidery issues and make adjustments
• Support production by sewing samples and preparing garments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

• Embroidery or sewing experience preferred
• Knowledge of Wilcom software is a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast learner with problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and self-sufficient
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability between 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM
• Must have reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Minimum 2 years embroidery experience required
