Primary Objective of Positions: Provide guidance and supervision of children 3-5 years old, under the direction of program supervisors.

• Evidence of passion for and experience in working with children
• Evidence of positive interpersonal skills; ability to relate to both children and adults.
• Evidence of ability to accept direction and work as a team member
• Evidence of understanding of and willingness to abide by confidentiality policy and practice.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
• Evidence of organizational and communication skills.
• Proven record of punctuality and responsibility.
• Must be at least 15 years old.

Physical Requirements:

Medium Work:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
