Schedule:

Need to be available for an 8-hour shift, 3-5 weekdays from 7a–6p

Pay: $18.25-$22.30 DOE

Spend your days with bright and energetic kiddos in your role as a Sub at our partner daycare and preschool with school-age or preschool classes.

Are you a natural teacher or caregiver for young children? Do you giggle and get excited to see the wonder in the eyes of children when playing make-believe, doing craft projects, or hearing a book for the first time?

Lead Teacher positions are available working with toddlers and preschoolers. If you have experience working in a daycare, classroom, or are going to school for education, we’d like to hear from you!

• Create and implement hands-on activities based on observations of children’s interests and skills.
• Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the children in your care.
• Ensure the safety, engagement, and age-appropriate development of children within your care.
• Contribute to quality work in childcare centers with extensive resources and an engaging curriculum.

• Lead Teacher eligibility: work with toddlers or preschoolers as needed.

• Must meet state minimum education and experience requirements:
• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Pass required state and company background checks.
• Willing to get CPR certification, MMR vaccination, TB test, and COVID-19 vaccination.
• Complete online training
• Demonstrated experience working with children or excellent customer service experience.
• Work environment will be active, kid-centric and include cleanup of activities
• Part of each day may be spent outside, weather permitting, and will be active play

  Physical Requirements:
• Position involves regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching and pushing
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds safely
• Must be able to get up from and down to the floor numerous times throughout the day
• Will need to be able to react quickly to certain situations
• May need to react to emergent situations in a calm, effective and safe manner
