The Exterior Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. This role oversees exterior residential projects from initial handoff through closeout, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors for siding, roofing, and window installations. The Project Manager conducts on-site visits, manages project timelines, tracks progress, and proactively resolves field issues to maintain quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing and managing project budgets, reviewing contracts and change orders, monitoring job costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves maintaining consistent communication with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams, documenting project status, and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes and standards.

• Strong project oversight capabilities, including Project Management and Construction Project Management skills.
• Hands-on field leadership experience in Construction Management, with a focus on exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, and windows.
• Proficiency in Project Coordination, including scheduling crews, managing materials, and coordinating subcontractors and inspections.
• Experience with Budgeting, cost tracking, and financial management of construction projects.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with homeowners, field teams, and vendors.
• Working knowledge of residential building codes, safety practices, and quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and construction documents.
• Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheets, and basic office applications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
• Preferred:
  Prior experience in exterior construction or remodeling and relevant certifications or training in project or construction management.
