Graphic Design Specialist II

• Lead the creative direction and production of visual communication concepts for online and print advertisements, newsletters, landing pages, social media assets, and email communications
• Design and develop online assets for websites and blog content
• Create artwork, including sketch illustrations and photo manipulation
• Prepare mechanical files and files for print
• Partner with the Content Manager to create interactive content, email design assets, web pages, website graphics, presentation materials, and platform-specific social media graphics
• Support creation and implementation of Hub Spot email templates through design, layout, HTML coding, and troubleshooting
• Oversee and maintain design asset inventories
• Assist with photo and video shoot setup and direction
• Serve as project manager, coordinating reviews and approvals
• Direct outside printers, photographers, designers, and illustrators; review and approve press proofs and invoices
• Manage and update brand guideline documents and ensure compliance internally and with external vendors
• Proactively prevent and report workplace hazards or injuries and cooperate in safety programs and investigations

Requirements

• Sound understanding of marketing tools and methodologies
• Excellent graphic design skills and a professional portfolio demonstrating innovation
• Advanced presentation design and layout skills
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple brands and projects
• Web design and HTML coding experience
• Experience applying AI-assisted design workflows
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe InDesign CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Font Management Software, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple projects through completion under strict deadlines and multiple approvals
• Ability to translate marketing strategies into clear, brand-consistent visuals
• Strong artistic aptitude for typography, design, color, and concept
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in web, graphic, or commercial art or a related area
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Graphic Designer, Artist, Web Designer, or related professional
• Experience involving color printing, photo direction, and web creation responsibilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, PowerPoint, and other graphic programs for print and web
• Experience working with Hub Spot preferred
• Video editing and motion graphic development experience preferred
• Ability to sit and use a keyboard for the majority of the working day
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and travel long-distance or by air as needed, not exceeding 15%
