• Serve as the primary point of contact for disability claims, guiding claimants and advisors through the claims process
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing communications with various stakeholders
• Utilize critical thinking to identify and solve problems throughout the claims lifecycle
• Manage each claim efficiently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and ownership
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and procedures to ensure effective customer interactions

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Post-secondary education or college degree
• Prior experience working with clients' families through challenges or difficult situations
• Self-starter with a proven ability to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
