Guest Advisor — Spavia Day Spa, Minnetonka

Position type:
Part‑time, ~31.5 hours/week. Reports to spa management.

Our Guest Advisors are the first and last impression of the Spavia experience. You’re the warm voice on the phone, the friendly face at the front desk, and the person who turns a first‑time visitor into a loyal member. This is a sales‑forward, hospitality‑first role: you’ll guide guests toward the services and memberships that fit them, and you’ll do it through genuine connection — never pressure.

This is a fixed weekly schedule (no rotation). The open shifts are:

Saturday is required and non‑negotiable – it’s one of our busiest days of the week. There is some flexibility with weekday shifts, but availability on Saturday is essential for consideration.

• Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging guest experience in person and on the phone
• Promote and sell memberships — educating guests on the benefits and helping them choose the right fit
• Recommend services, enhancements, and retail products with genuine confidence
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, and keep guest profiles and notes up to date
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Keep a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Collaborate with therapists and teammates to keep the day running smoothly

Because membership sales are central to this role, part of the interview will be a short mock membership pitch — you’ll pitch us on becoming a member.
