Planet Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and deliver an exceptional member experience at the front desk. You will greet guests, provide information on memberships and tours, and help with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
You will also handle front desk duties, answer calls with a friendly tone, and escalate issues to the Club Manager when needed, while helping keep the club clean and welcoming for all guests.
