Job Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance for all badminton club participants.

Help all participants develop to their full potential through open play and instruction.

Implement age appropriate program philosophies, goals, policy and procedures.

Ensure that all participants follow Minnetonka School District guidelines and code of conduct.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in badminton is required.

Evidence of successful coaching experience; ability to teach fundamental skills.

Positive, enthusiastic, respectful attitude.

Strong communication skills.

Proven ability to work with students and staff.
