TGA (Teach, Grow, Achieve) is looking for energetic individuals to lead our after-school youth tennis programs. If you enjoy working with kids, staying active, and want a consistent schedule that leaves your mornings and evenings free, this is the perfect fit.
No prior coaching experience is required—we provide the curriculum, the equipment, and the training.

Schedule:
Most programs run between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Transparent Pay:
We use a straightforward check-in/check-out system.
Paid Prep Time:
We want you prepared! You are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to class start for setup and stay 15 minutes after to ensure all kids are safely picked up.
Active Environment:
Your "office" is a tennis court or school gym, keeping you moving and engaged.

You’ll be a role model, helping kids learn teamwork, perseverance, and confidence.
Lead active, engaging tennis classes for students in grades K-8.
Follow a clear, proven curriculum provided by TGA.
Set up and break down portable tennis nets and equipment at school sites.
Manage a group of 10-20 students, ensuring a safe and fun environment.
