Assignment Dates: 6/22-6/26, 7/20-7/24, 8/3-8/7

Hours: 10-20 per week of camp

Wages: Starting at $20.00;
This position is not medical or dental benefit eligible.

• Provide leadership and guidance for all volleyball participants.
• Collaborate with coaches to organize, set up, and ensure a safe experience.
• Help all participants develop to their full potential.
• Implement age-appropriate program philosophies, goals, policy and procedures.
• Ensure that all participants follow Minnetonka School District guidelines and code of conduct.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Promote sportsmanship and respect for athletes and coaches.

• Complete concussion training as required by law.
• Prior experience in volleyball is required.
• Evidence of successful coaching experience; ability to teach fundamental skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, respectful attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with students, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to program's high standards.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
