Lionsgate Academy’s mission is designed to educate students living with Autism and other learning differences and is seeking a mission-driven Special Education Programs Supervisor to lead our Center Based program. Our school is built on a foundation of inclusion, respect, and customized learning — and we need a leader ready to continue our commitment to student-centered excellence.
What You’ll Do:- Provide leadership and oversight to high-needs, center-based program
- Actively coach and supervise 9 licensed staff and a Paraprofessional Supervisor
- Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver behavioral and academic/functional programming
- Support students with significant cognitive disabilities in accessing education in the least restrictive environment
- A partner and visible presence for students, staff, and families

Qualifications- Current Minnesota teaching license
- 5 or more years working in Special Education including working with students with autism and developmental cognitive (DCD) delays
- 2 years or more as a Supervisor, instructional coach/mentor or informal Leader
