Minnetonka Public Schools is accepting applications for a Six Week Float
- Reserve Teacher at Minnetonka Middle School West for the  school year. The Building Float Teacher is a highly flexible and adaptable educator who will provide instruction and support to students in various classrooms throughout the school building. The successful candidate will be able to teach a range of subjects and grade levels, and will work collaboratively with teachers and staff to ensure continuity of instruction and student success.

Responsibilities:

• Teach a variety of subjects and grade levels.
• Deliver instructions to students in accordance with established lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students and teachers.

Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota Teaching License or Short Call License.
• If you do not hold a Minnesota Teacher License but have a Bachelor's degree, you may apply for a Short Call Substitute teacher license through the Minnesota Professional Educators Licensing and Standards Board.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using classroom technology to support instruction.

Six Week Float
- Reserve Teacher Rate: $290.03 per day. Not medical or dental benefit eligible.
