Eagle Ridge Academy is a Tuition-Free Classical, College-Preparatory Charter School serving students and families in grades K-12. Eagle Ridge offers an academically rigorous education that uses a time-tested, Classical, liberal arts curriculum.

• Proven knowledge and experience necessary to coach the activity
• Good communication skills – Weekly emails to families required
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Head coaching license/certificate or meet the MSHSL requirements to be a head coach

• Demonstrated ability to organize and supervise a total program K-12
• Previous head coaching experience and substantial knowledge base in assigned activity
• Proven ability to work with middle school & high school aged students modeling positive character and responsible behavior
• Commitment to continuous improvement
• Fundraising and/or public speaking
• Confidence teaching the assigned activity

To direct, support and fully implement the assigned High School Activity Program with an education-based philosophy of teaching and coaching. Instruct all participants in the fundamental skills and strategies of the activity for them to realize a degree of individual and team success.

Season runs November-March with camp and clinic opportunities in other seasons. Stipend available.
