Chinese Immersion Toddler Teacher

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and passionate Toddler (18 month to 36 month) Teacher to become a part of our early childhood education team. At Sleepy Tigers, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where toddlers can grow, learn, and thrive.

As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a key role in fostering the social, emotional, and intellectual development of our youngest learners. You will be responsible for creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences that help toddlers build foundational skills. You will work in a supportive, inclusive classroom where you will guide children through activities that encourage growth, creativity, and trust.

• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote emotional, cognitive, and social development.
• Cultivate a safe, warm, and supportive classroom environment where children feel valued and encouraged.
• Foster positive relationships with each child, promoting trust, confidence, and emotional well-being.
• Implement best practices in early childhood education to support each child’s growth.
• Build strong communication with parents, providing updates on progress and development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and nurturing environment.
• Manage basic classroom routines and handle tasks such as diapering and potty training.
• Ensure the well‑being of all children by following health and safety guidelines.

• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker preferred.
• A deep love and patience for young children.
• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience working with toddlers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with children and their families.
• Ability to implement early childhood education best practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
