EPP (Engineering and Procurement Projects) and T& P (Technologies and Products) Fixed Facility EHS Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • EHS Leadership & Culture:
    Influence strong EHS culture across operations, engineering, and facility leadership
  • Coaching:

    Coach teams to value EHS, inclusion, and diversity
  • Embedded Excellence:
    Embed EHS excellence throughout fixed facilities and support sustainability commitments
  • Fixed Facility Operations & Safety:
    Oversee safe production and equipment build operations
  • Regulatory & Compliance:
    Manage wastewater treatment, neutralization compliance, and traffic management protocols
  • Inspections & Reviews:
    Conduct inspections, hazardous operation reviews, and support operations teams
  • High Risk Management & LSR:
    Implement High Risk Management standards and Life-Saving Rules
  • EHS Framework:
    Maintain EHS framework and complete Gensuite requirements (incidents, corrective actions, continuous improvement)
  • Program Management:
    Drive process improvements and implement consistent EHS programs and policies
  • Regulatory Alignment:
    Ensure regulatory and company standards compliance
  • Communication & Engagement:
    Coach teams on EHS requirements and communicate solutions professionally; interface with vendors and customers on safety and environmental concerns
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Science, or Technical field
  • 10+ years EHS leadership experience with health and safety focus in manufacturing/production
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local EHS regulations
  • Expertise in facility safety management, equipment build processes, and production operations
  • Facility inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations
  • Wastewater treatment and neutralization compliance
  • Traffic management and facility layout safety
  • Secondary containment systems for hazmat storage (EPA/OSHA compliance)
  • HAZOP facilitation and process hazard identification
  • GHS compliance (classification, labeling, SDS management)
  • Environmental permitting (air quality, NPDES, stormwater)
  • Experience with incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Knowledge of industrial hygiene, occupational health hazards, and emergency response planning
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs and policies
