Senior Director, Plant and Supply Chain Operations

Lead manufacturing operations at scale and drive global strategy for our $200M Filter & Membranes Product Line. In this high-visibility role, you'll manage our 24x7 Membrane Manufacturing Center of Excellence (400 employees, $160M revenue) while guiding supply chain strategy across 5 global facilities in the US, Germany, Hungary, India, and China.

• Direct day-to-day operations of our Minnetonka facility (membrane casting, module assembly, filter manufacturing)
• Lead 7 direct reports across engineering, EHS, manufacturing, quality, and logistics
• Manage $50M operating and $5M capital budgets
• Drive global supply chain strategy for the product line
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Develop KPIs and monitor performance across Quality, Cost, Safety, and Delivery

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
• 10+ years in operations leadership/plant management
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience
• Proven ability to lead in matrix environments
• Six Sigma certification and LEAN experience a plus
• Global manufacturing experience preferred

• Salary: $190,000 - $240,000 + 15% annual incentive
