Process Engineering Supervisor
Location:
Minnetonka, MN (On-site) Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 annually
Schedule:

Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading global aerospace and defense manufacturer to hire a Process Engineering Supervisor for their largest U.S. printed circuit board facility in Minnetonka, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional or a senior/lead engineer ready to step into a leadership role. In this position, you’ll lead a team, drive process improvements, and support high-performance manufacturing in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

- Lead and develop a team of employees across process engineering and chemical lab functions
- Support and improve manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, compliance, and efficiency
- Develop and maintain process control plans, SOPs, and documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve real-time manufacturing challenges
- Utilize statistical analysis and lean principles to drive continuous improvement and increase yields
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience with a strong background in process improvement
- Proven leadership or team lead experience with the ability to mentor and develop others
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience using statistical process control tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
