- 3–4 years of experience is the ideal range.
- Background in high-volume manufacturing environments (e.g., regulated industries like medical devices, aerospace, or large-scale factory production preferred).
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing operations to lead and execute complex engineering tasks.
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, A3 problem solving, standard work, waste reduction, and efficiency projects.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain understanding of company operations and manufacturing environment.
- Experience in process validation.
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, mechanical or related engineering field.
