* Veolia is currently searching for an experienced engineer to support the production of water filtration membranes. The production of water purification membranes is a growing business which addresses the ever increasing need for water. We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong mechanical, Industrial, or chemical engineer to support our membrane manufacturing facility. * Duties & Responsibilities:

* + Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop process engineers on the team

+ Provide engineering support for the operation of multiple production lines, including day to day troubleshooting, performance tracking, etc.

+ Own the value stream(s) creation and updates within your respective scope

+ Collaborate and effectively interface with manufacturing, R&D, quality, maintenance, sales, marketing, and other internal and external support teams to meet EHS, production, quality, cost savings, and new product development goals within schedule and budget

+ Collect and analyze data to drive improvements that improve safety, quality, cost, and productivity

+ Create and update bill of materials, routings, and new part numbers

+ Drive process improvements by identifying, developing, and leading continuous improvement projects to meet key production metrics

+ Strong and robust technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment/production issues - mechanical, chemical, electrical, controls

+ Develop, write, and review new process documentation

+ Potential for on call or extended hours support

+ Aid in the ideation and implementation for the shift towards digitization

+ Lead in the ideation and roll out of small to large capital projects

+ Responsible for training and developing process engineers across the plant

** Qualifications*
* ** Requirements:*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain

** Preferred:*
* + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain

+

Experience with manufacturing of water filtration products

+ Experience in process control

+ Green Belt Certified

+ Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously

+ Ability to work in a matrix organization

+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

+ Strong oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects

+ Strong project and team leadership
