Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a dedicated R&D Engineer to join their innovative team. As an R&D Engineer, you will be part of the Process Development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Author and execute comprehensive process validations including TMV, IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPQ to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Develop and specify manufacturing processes, equipment, and validation protocols to support product development and continuous improvement.
- Analyze engineering principles, theories, and concepts to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Design experiments, validate processes, and analyze testing data to drive process enhancements and efficiency.
- Create and revise technical documents such as SOPs, validation protocols, risk assessments, and safety instructions to maintain compliance and safety standards.
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of experience in process development within the medical device industry.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, validation techniques, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively to technical teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, technicians, and external partners.
