• Contract Duration: 3-months
• Compensation: $40-50/hr

What you will do as a Financial Analyst:

• Lead Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) reporting, ensuring accuracy in estimating future liabilities
• Perform payment reconciliations and ensure alignment between expected and actual financial activity
• Support special projects and provide ad hoc financial reporting as needed
• Analyze complex financial data to develop insights and support decision-making
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Deliver clear, data-driven reports and insights to key stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment

What you will bring to the Financial Analyst role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5–7 years of relevant finance experience
• Strong background in the health insurance industry, banking or insurance (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking, advanced problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of performance
