The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for our bi-weekly billing submissions to the State of Minnesota and private entities. You will be a member of our finance team of six people. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to learn other areas of finance to support us at month & year-end reconciliation.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Wage: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour based upon experience

• Submit bi-weekly billing submissions to the State of Minnesota
• Submit monthly billing to counties and private pay entities
• Post payments received from the government and private entities
• Contact and collect past due invoices from private entities
• Daily entry of approved service authorizations into My Evolv
• Manage monthly room & board reconciliation for our residential homes
• Issue stipend checks as needed
• Participate in finance training and development to support our finance team during month & year-end reconciliation
• Perform additional financial accounts receivable tasks and duties as needed

• High school degree or GED is required
• Minimum of six months to one year of accounts receivable experience
• Computer experience with MS Office, any financial ERP experience, any case management system, and MNITS
