Treasury Management Specialist

The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for identifying and executing cross‑sales across an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio.

• Compile data for TM Sales Advisors, complete relationship reviews, and perform pro‑forma pricing analyses while handling client sales needs.
• May have direct responsibility for a certain portion of an Advisor’s portfolio.
• Conduct direct sales via telephone and individual or joint calls with advisors and/or relationship partners.
• Manage workflow and expectations independently with minimal oversight.
• Proactively manage portfolio and all risk‑related and pricing activities.
• Execute and accurately complete special projects by expected deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience of five (5) years in banking and/or Treasury.
• At least 1 year of Treasury Management experience.

• Three or more years of Treasury Management experience.
• One or more years of Commercial Banking experience.
• Sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goal expectations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce software.

Annual salary range: $52,000 – $101,000. Compensation may vary by location, experience, and education. In addition to base salary, eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave, paid holidays, and PTO.
