Compensation:
Base salary (estimated $50,000–$70,000, depending on experience) plus performance-based incentives

Treeline Wealth Management is an Ameriprise Private Wealth Advisory Practice located in Minnetonka, MN. We help clients pursue retirement and long-term financial goals through comprehensive wealth management strategies, including retirement planning, estate planning, small business planning, and intergenerational planning. Our team includes multiple advisors and support professionals who value integrity, professionalism, and collaboration.

We are seeking a Financial Advisor to support continued growth of the practice. This role focuses on building client relationships, delivering comprehensive planning strategies, and contributing to long-term business development. An existing book of business is welcome but not required.

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess financial goals and deliver tailored planning strategies
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal team members to prepare recommendations and portfolio solutions
• Contribute to business growth through new client acquisition and asset development
• Maintain compliance with all Ameriprise and regulatory standards

• Fully licensed (Series 7 and other applicable licenses required)
• 5–6 years of financial advisory or planning experience preferred
• Experience managing or developing client relationships strongly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Professional and collaborative work style

This role includes a base salary plus incentive/bonus opportunities based on performance metrics such as new client acquisition, assets under management, and contribution to practice growth. Specific compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process. Earnings vary based on performance and business results.
