Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ;
Build meaningful relationships with clients through active listening and collaboration with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations and cash-handling tasks in alignment with bank policies and procedures
