Commercial Portfolio Manager – Equipment Finance Services

This position is available to be filled at any Huntington Bank Corporate office location.

Summary:

The Commercial Portfolio Manager deepens and retains assigned profitable customer relationships by proactively evaluating and mitigating associated business risks and opportunities, per established Huntington policies, procedures, and Guiding Principles. They own the primary responsibility for the credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks.

• Responsible for portfolio administration and credit quality of assigned portfolio ensuring all analyses are thorough, accurate, and compliant with internal credit policies and standards.
• Partners closely with other Portfolio Managers, the Team Leader, Regional Commercial Management, and Regional Credit Officer.
• Manages portfolio reviews, annual reviews, criticized loans, material adverse change reviews, etc.
• Ensures timely identification, escalation, and resolution of emerging risks, and produces accurate and complete portfolio reporting and specialized analysis for internal stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial portfolio or relationship management.
• Experience with reviewing financials for large corporations.
• Demonstrated success structuring and underwriting commercial credit.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Established professional network.
• High level of professionalism.

Office – The role may be eligible for flexible work arrangement combining office and remote; specific arrangements to be provided by the hiring team.

$70,000 – $154,000 Annual Salary. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
