AML Analyst

We're seeking a detail-oriented AML Analyst to join our financial crimes compliance team. In this role, you'll help protect the organization by identifying suspicious activity, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Responsibilities:

• Review and investigate alerts generated through transaction monitoring systems
• Analyze customer activity to identify suspicious or unusual transactions
• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews
• Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and supporting documentation when appropriate
• Research customer profiles using internal systems and external databases
• Ensure investigations are completed accurately and within required service-level agreements
• Maintain compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with compliance, fraud, risk, and business partners on complex investigations
