• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Develop financial models and perform business and variance analysis
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision support
• Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
• Help drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives

• 3+ years of corporate FP&A experience
• Current Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills
• Experience partnering with operational or commercial business leaders
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems aptitude
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI, or similar ERP/reporting tools is a plus
• 8% target bonus
