Are you a Senior Financial Analyst who enjoys partnering with business leaders, solving complex business problems, and turning financial data into meaningful insights?
We're partnering with a well-established engineering and professional services firm seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help support and expand its FP&A capabilities. This highly visible role will work closely with finance leadership and operational teams, supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, advanced reporting capabilities, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

- Perform financial and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with project and operational leaders to provide financial insights and decision support
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive presentations
- Analyze business performance, project financials, workload, and profitability
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data integrity, and financial systems
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience in corporate FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills
- Experience partnering with operational, project, or business leaders
- Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data visualization
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems aptitude
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights
- Experience in professional services, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or another project-based environment is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- $110,000–$135,000 base salary, with flexibility for the right candidate
- 10% target bonus
- 10% profit-sharing contribution
