All of our clinical managers bring extensive experience in delivering school-based teletherapy services and are available when needed.

We are currently accepting applications for virtual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) licensed in Minnesota for the 25/26 school year!

Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career while delivering Speech Language Pathology services to school‑based children across the nation, leveraging proprietary tools to support clinical care in a flexible environment.
- Collaborate with school instructors and clinical mentors to deliver outstanding SLP services to children in need
- Develop your skills and expertise within a supportive, team‑based environment
- Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school‑aged children
- Work on a flexible schedule that aligns with school hours
- Commit to at least 15 hours per week of service
- Maintain an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in Minnesota and in good standing
- Hold a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCCs)
- Be a full‑time U.S. resident
- Have experience with school‑age pediatric populations
- Be comfortable using various technology platforms
- Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
- Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
- Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete Medicaid billing when necessary
- Active, unrestricted, valid SLP license in Minnesota in good standing
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCCs)
- Minimum 15 hours per week commitment
- Full‑time U.S. resident
- Experience delivering services to school‑aged children and/or working in a school setting
- Proficiency in telehealth delivery and familiarity with virtual technology
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team care
W2 employment with hourly rates varying by state. Providers living in CA, HI, and NY earn $44–$54 per hour; providers in other states earn $44–$54 or $44–$49 per hour depending on location. Eligible providers working 60 or more hours per pay period may earn a $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000 per year).
